My wife and I wanted to give our thanks to Sow Mui who was our confinement nanny ☺️ As a first time parent, many things were unfamiliar to us. Sow Mui did her best in teaching us, all while cooking for my wife, helping with night feeds. Already missing the 黄花鱼 she steamed for us 🤤

Nanny Lee Ling has been serving for 28 days to take care of my twins. Aside taking care of the twins, she also taught us on how to handle the fuzziness of babies effectively , some techniques and how to take care of them after she left. She has been helpful to help to clean the house as well and try to adjust with our way to handle household chores. Food wise, I would recommend the Chicken Curry, Steam Egg with Minced Pork and Pork Ribs with Kicap Manis as three of the list of any new parents should ask from her to cook !

I’m very grateful to have Nanny Yen (Tuge Lan Yen) as my confinement nanny. She is experienced, patient, and genuinely caring towards my baby. We hired a confinement nanny, Ms. Kok Lee Peng, through Xpress Confinement Nanny for the first two weeks after our baby boy was born, and we are extremely grateful for her support during this important period. From day one, Ms. Kok was very experienced, patient, and attentive, guiding us step by step as we adjusted to caring for a newborn. She took the time to teach us proper baby-care techniques, helped us understand our baby’s routines, and ensured that both the baby and we were well-settled and comfortable. In addition to her excellent childcare skills, Ms. Kok is an outstanding cook. Her confinement meals were nutritious, well-balanced, and delicious, which greatly supported the mother’s recovery. She also kept the house tidy and maintained a calm, reassuring presence throughout her stay. Overall, Ms. Kok Lee Peng was a tremendous help to our family, and we would highly recommend her to any parents looking for a reliable, caring, and highly experienced confinement nanny.

We were very blessed to get Auntie Mary as our confinement nanny. She was such a big help to my wife and our baby and went out of her way for us every single day. She is very skilled in what she does - from knowing how to care for the baby with the right techniques, cooking great food, and cleaning the house whenever she can. She also communicates well whenever we asked her for advice. Auntie Mary showed exceptional sense of responsibility and love for our baby. We are very appreciative of her and would like to have her again if we will have another baby 😄

So blessed to have Nanny Tan (Candy) allocated to us! 10000/10 🤩🤩🤩 Nanny Tan was such a great big help, so thankful to have her for 2 months. She is gentle, caring, knowledgeable, kind, generous and extremely hardworking. Baby Care: she handles the newborn with great patience, she never rushes, and is ever so gentle with the baby. The way she coaxes the baby, she does it with patience and grace. You will feel 1000000% at ease with her looking after your newborn. Confinement food: pictures speak for itself! If you have the right ingredients, she will create magic in the kitchen! The confinement tea that she prepares daily was so delicious, you will be sad when confinement is over 🤣 Nanny Tan always puts the mother and baby first and there’s so much to learn from her. She was really more than I could ever ask for. Our family is so thankful to have her, and anyone else who has the luck of having her as their confinement nanny is one lucky person! 10/10 🥰🥰 I’ll never forget her! ❤️

We’d like to compliment our nanny, Aunty Ann (Sheau Yan), who stayed with us for a month to care for our newborn. She has been a great help to us as first time parents! She’s hardworking, takes excellent care of our baby, and has her way for soothing and coaxing him. Her cooking is superb and every meal was delicious with lots of variety. She’s also very easy to get along with, sociable, and brings positive energy to the home. We’re very impressed by how she manages to handle so many tasks so efficiently, while I was still struggling just to care for the baby! She really took a huge load off our shoulders during the first month and made sure we had enough rest. She’s passionate about her work and truly cares for us during this stressful period. We’re very grateful for her help and would recommend her to other families.

Most importantly, she cares for my baby and does not rush to get things done. She is so patient with my baby and I really appreciate her for that. I wanted to extend her time with me but unfortunately she was already hired for another job!

Had asked for a change of confinement nanny and interviewed Lee Ling. She interviews well. Adapted to our preferences and family habits - such as no kissing of baby, bathing after cooking and wearing of apron during cooking, and needing to be very very clean in general - and she did adapt to this as well. We also wanted her to do pace bottle-feeding and gradually was able to do this consistently day and at night. Our LO is not quite a good sleeper, but we observed she is very patient with our LO, and is quick to soothe, burp, and feed patiently. We were pleased with that. She also cooked a number of her hometown delights and does delight in cooking - she checked our preferences and tailored meals according to it, if one preferred heat and the other did not, she would cook separate portions. We loved her curry noodles. She is quick to lend a hand even when she is in the middle of her meal, nap or etc - she makes her meal and showers very quick, and is sensitive and proactive in helping us care for baby. We appreciated the service Lee Ling provided for us and are grateful.
